ABOUT STERLING WOMEN
Sterling Women was founded in 2008 by Kristina Bouweiri to provide a networking opportunity for business women in the Sterling, Virginia area. Twelve years later, Sterling Women has established itself as the leading women's networking event in the area. In 2020 Kristina asked Cynthia Battino to assume hosting duties each month. Cindy Battino brings a vibrancy and joyfulness to the podium every month, that only an accomplished and certified happiness expert can.
Each month we invite a successful and inspiring business woman to speak to our audience about her personal and professional journey. Our lunches are one hour, starting at noon and ending at 1:00 PM. Networking will be available from 11:00 AM until noon and again from 1:00 to 1:30 PM. Vendor tables and exciting door prizes will be featured.
LUNCHEONS ARE THE FIRST THURSDAY OF EVERY MONTH
(unless a conflict arises where we will need to change the date and/or location)

ABOUT THE INNER CIRCLE
In March, 2020 the world as we knew it changed completely with the spread of COVID-19. As group events were prohibited across the nation, we knew we had to remain a support for the women (and men) that had made Sterling Women the strong network it had become, so we took it online.
By July, as we were able to begin having smaller group events we recognized that not everyone could come to an in-person event. We also learned, that our Zoom events, brought to you in your own homes, allowed for a unique and intimate setting for the Sterling Women community. It's a different way to interact with each other, another way to connect with our speakers and sponsors. A significant way to assure that we continue to promote each other's business to as broad a community as we can even with our new and differing needs during this time.
Thus, The Inner Circle was born. As its relevancy proved itself to us over and over again, we've made this a staple of our monthly meetings. Open to the first 20 who register, we invite you to connect with, us and our speaker on a deeper level from the comfort of your home office - or wherever you find yourself. The Zoom platform opens to registrants at 12:00, with network and time for everyone to introduce themselves and their business to the group, Cindy then interviews the speaker, ending with Q&A, door prizes and closing remarks at 1:15pm.
THE INNER CIRCLE OCCURS THE FRIDAY FOLLOWING THE STERLING WOMEN LIVE EVENT(registrants will receive an email before the event with the Zoom link).

OUR NEXT SPEAKER:
Thursday, February 4th
Sharon L. Wright, Owner and President
Loud & Clear Marketing, LLC
Since her teen years, Sharon has been laser focused on her pursuit of a career in public relations. Much like the journalists she’s partnered with over her career, Sharon is thrilled to chase the next great story that she knows in her heart needs to be told. Stories that captivate readers.
While working at two of the largest PR firms in the world, she guided IBM as it introduced computers in the classrooms, British Petroleum when oil was spilling across the Hawaiian island chain, Tony Robbins when his program attendees were having unplanned run-ins with the law, and Southwestern Bell when it rebranded to Verizon. She’s guided a prominent energy company through a hostile takeover. She’s served more than 30 million Americans by leading the events group at AARP. Sharon has traveled the world to open and brand 15 Hyatt International hotels outside the US.
She founded Loudoun Clear Marketing, LLC – now Loud & Clear Marketing, LLC – in 2012, having spent most of the last 20 years helping Loudoun businesses tell their story. A member of the Board of the Loudoun Chamber of Commerce and Co-Founder of Saving Loudoun’s Littles, One Car Seat at aTime, she’s committed to being a force for positive change in the Loudoun community.
