Sterling Women was founded in 2008 by Kristina Bouweiri to provide a networking opportunity for business women in the Sterling, Virginia area. Over a decade later, Sterling Women had established itself as the leading women's networking event in the area. In 2020 Kristina asked Cynthia Battino to assume hosting duties each month. Cindy Battino brings a vibrancy and joyfulness to the podium every month, that only an accomplished and certified happiness expert can.
Each month we invite a successful and inspiring business woman to speak to our audience about her personal and professional journey. Our lunches starting at 11:45 and end at 1:00 PM. Networking will be available from 11:00 AM until 11:45 and again from 1:00 to 1:30 PM. Vendor tables and exciting door prizes will be featured.

I have been attending Sterling Women since its inception 13 years ago. And Radiance Salon & Medi-Spa has been a sponsor for most of those years. While I have frequented numerous networking events over the years, Sterling Women continues to be the most meaningful to me.
I have developed many great friendships by meeting women at Sterling Women, and then getting to know them on a one-to-one basis over coffee, lunch, or a drink. It is always gratifying to look throughout the room at a Sterling Women luncheon and see so many friends.
While Sterling Women has benefited me personally, it has also benefited my businesses. Both the founder, Kristina Bouweiri, and the current host, Cindy Battino, continually promote Radiance Salon & Medi-Spa and provide opportunities for me to bring the Radiance experience to others.
