BRONZE SPONSOR  $150 – Company name listed in program* – Door prize listed in program* – Stand and be recognized – One seat at luncheon at a head table* – One Sponsor name tag – Permitted to place company marketing materials in goody bags.  NO VENDOR TABLE.

VENDOR TABLE SPONSOR  $125 (Early Bird Price) – One seat at luncheon – One vendor table – One sponsor name tag –  Placement of company marketing materials in goody bags – Vendor may sell their company product at the luncheon.

GOODY BAG SPONSOR $49 (Early Bird Price) (schedule your month with Sharon Ragland) –  BAG SPONSOR IS EXPECTED TO:  Register/pay for lunch ticket ($49 Early Bird) – Provide approximately 120 bags (should be able to stand alone on chair for easy marketing material drop) –  Arrive by 10:15 AM on day of event to place your bags on chairs.  BAG SPONSOR GETS:  Company name listed in program –  Stand and be recognized – One Sponsor name tag – Permitted to place company marketing materials in goody bags.

CENTERPIECE SPONSOR  $49 (Early Bird Price) (schedule your month with Sharon Ragland) –  CENTERPIECE SPONSOR IS EXPECTED TO:  Register/pay for lunch ticket ($49 Early Bird) – Provide approximately 10 – 12 small table centerpieces –  Arrive by 10:15 AM on day of event to place your centerpieces on the tables.  CENTERPIECE SPONSOR GETS:  Company name listed in program –  Stand and be recognized – One Sponsor name tag – Permitted to place company marketing materials in goody bags.

DOOR PRIZE DONATIONS ARE WELCOME!  Please label your item with a short description and include your business card!

IMPORTANT VENDOR TABLE NOTE:  If you are an exhibitor and own a franchise or direct sales business, your status is “pending”.  We permit only one vendor table representing each company at each luncheon.  You will be notified as soon as possible in a separate email of your exhibitor status if duplicate companies are registered.  The first vendor to register, will be the vendor honored, any other duplicate vendors will be advised and refunded.

Vendor Table location – we will place you/your vendor table according to what needs were noted on registration ticket (electricity/tall banners).  Vendors may setup between 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM.

Please come prepared!  We are not able to provide extra items such as carts, extension cords, monitors, easels, etc.
